JIRA是Atlassian公司出品的项目与事务跟踪工具，被广泛应用于缺陷跟踪、客户服务、需求收集、流程审批、任务跟踪、项目跟踪和敏捷管理等工作领域。
前些年CSDN搞了个99元买正版的活动，当时花钱买了个授权，然后束之高阁，这几天被翻出来了，捣鼓一下。
本文以 atlassian-jira-6.1.3-x64.bin 为例子。

下载到用户当前目录 atlassian-jira-6.1.3-x64.bin
- 安装Java

安装完成后，访问 http://localhost:8888 就可以了。
主要是要注意，安装的第二步，选择目录的时候，一定要更改默认的目录，否则安装到最后会报告异常。
